The Randall family welcomes you to our sugarhouse during the maple season which runs from mid- February to late March.
We have adapted to the use of the newest technology which includes a reverse osmosis machine to reduce the water content of the sap prior to introduction into the evaporator. We continue to use the traditional wood-fired arch for boiling. For collection of the sap we use modern tubing techniques as well as the time tested buckets.
Weather: Warm Days (32 and above) and cold (below freezing) nights are required for the sap to flow.
Clothing: Boots are a must as it will be muddy. we are just a short walk from he road.
Handicap Accessible drive to sugarhouse. Please call ahead.
